Why does my training manual take so long to load?

Your training manual is a very large file with lots of useful information to pass your online training courses. Due to the size of the files it may take longer to load on different devices.

Can I complete my volume training using promade fans?

Yes, as long as they're volume lashes, that will be fine.

Are your courses refundable?

Unfortunately under no circumstance can we offer refunds on our online training courses due to the nature of all our courses being digital.

How does online training work?

Once you have purchased one of our CPD accredited courses you will have full access to your course training manual and video tutorials. (please rotate your mobile phone device if you need to enlarge videos)

For all courses you will need to complete a 5 question quiz to test your knowledge (answers to be submitted via email)

x2 case studies, before and after photos along with your name written down on a piece of paper beside your work(either on a live model or on  a mannequin training head), completed consultation form and feed back form.

Once you have completed your case studies you will need to submit them over via email to have it assessed. As soon as the assessor is satisfied with your case studies you will be sent an CPD accredited Certificate via email allowing you to gain insurance and work from home or members of the public straight away.

Do I need any previous experience to do your course?

The only course that requires previous experience is our online Volume eyelash extensions training course. Without the knowledge of Classic eyelash extensions you will not be able to understand the process of Volume lashes.

Can I get insurance after completing the course?Yes. Once you have successfully completed the course and received your certificate, you can apply for professional insurance through our Westminster Insurance partner link.We recommend Westminster Insurance to all our students for professional lash insurance. Insurance is arranged directly between you and Westminster Insurance, and their team will assess your individual circumstances and requirements.Please note: Completing the course does not automatically guarantee insurance. Do I need to get insurance to do my case studies?
