Your training manual is a very large file with lots of useful information to pass your online training courses. Due to the size of the files it may take longer to load on different devices.

Unfortunately under no circumstance can we offer refunds on our online training courses due to the nature of all our courses being digital.

Once you have purchased one of our CPD accredited courses you will have full access to your course training manual and video tutorials. (please rotate your mobile phone device if you need to enlarge videos)

For all courses you will need to complete a 5 question quiz to test your knowledge (answers to be submitted via email)

x2 case studies, before and after photos along with your name written down on a piece of paper beside your work(either on a live model or on a mannequin training head), completed consultation form and feed back form.

Once you have completed your case studies you will need to submit them over via email to have it assessed. As soon as the assessor is satisfied with your case studies you will be sent an CPD accredited Certificate via email allowing you to gain insurance and work from home or members of the public straight away.

The only course that requires previous experience is our online Volume eyelash extensions training course. Without the knowledge of Classic eyelash extensions you will not be able to understand the process of Volume lashes.

Yes all of our courses are accredited and insurable. Not all insurance companies will accept them however companies such as Insync and Radius do. We always advise contacting your insurance provider beforehand as all policies are different. Don't forget you can't charge for case studies, most people practice on close family members and friends.
